Known as the ‘milky beauty’, Tamanna Bhatia is quite simplistic looking without makeup. The actress is not a fan of fairness creams and steers clear of products which have too many chemicals. She goes for trusted brands only only when it comes to cosmetics. She likes to splash cold water on her face and uses home-made face packs which contain ingredients like neem, besan and turmeric.
Tamanna believed that beauty is internal; in other words; she watches what she eats. Though she loves fried food, she has made it a rule to keep it to the minimal level and goes for steamed options. She begins her day with water mixed with honey to detoxify her system. She likes to snack on fruit and drinks fruits juices and soups whenever hunger pangs strike. She is a huge fan of yogurt too. She has a thing for lipstick and her favorite brand is Estee Lauder.
